Dallas, TX / Sethi Financial Group welcomes Marc Sharma as its new Chief of Staff. Sharma will act as the point of contact between executive management and staff where his duties include overseeing, managing, and leading all operational and administrative functions. He will ensure all processes are aligned with and focused on Sethi Financial Group’s strategic goals and priorities.
“Marc brings proven experience in both leadership and talent management to our team,” says Michael Davis, Chief Financial Officer. “He has a deep understanding of operational efficiency that will add tremendous value to our current infrastructure.”
Sharma is an executive level professional bringing more than fourteen years of human resources experience to Sethi Financial Group. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Human Resource Management at the University of Texas at Arlington where he was later awarded his Master of Science in Human Resource Management.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Sharma was the Director of Human Capital Management at a Microsoft National System Integrator where he focused on delivering mission-critical database, business intelligence and cloud solutions. His previous clients include Bridgewater Associates, Bloomberg, Deloitte, E&Y, Experian Marketing Services, Asurion, and Barclays.
