Actress Thea Camara Announces Theatrical Release of 72 Hours

CHICAGO, IL, FEB 17, 2014 ­ Actress Thea Camara announces the premiere of the romantic comedy, "Christopher Nolen's 72 Hours," which she stars in.
Christopher Nolen specially chose Thea Camara for the role of “Martha” in Christopher Nolen's 72 Hours. He had been following this local actress’ work over the years and knew she would be perfect for the role.

You can catch Thea Camara in the theatrical release of “Christopher Nolen’s 72 Hours” set for February 13th – 19, 2015

Her work ethic, professionalism and gracious presence has been noticed in the industry. Thea Camara often gets referred to as “Chicago’s Darling” and “TheAmazing”. The actress discovered her passion for acting at an early age. However, Thea began to pursue her longtime dream with vigor in 2008. Since that time, Thea has had the opportunity to perform in stage plays, commercials and on the big screen. Thea Camara has trained under the watchful eye of Tasha Smith from "Why did I get married I & II,Jamal McNeil of J McNeil Studios, as well as Susan Batson Studios. She has also attended Act One studios, Columbia College and Concordia University where she earned her degree. Thea has several projects on the horizon which includes Kimberly Conner new movie
“Before I Do” with actors Jenso Attwood, Omar Gooding and Drea Kelly.

ABOUT THE FILM

A reformed womanizer, Cleavon “Von” Burkett (Timon Kyle Durrett) was living the good life with his beautiful wife (Erica Hubbard) and dream job until one day he wasn't. With his health taking the back burner in his busy lifestyle, it soon catches up with him as he’s faced with God (Harry Lennix) himself after a heart attack. In an attempt to bargain for a second chance at life, Von has 72 hours to right the romantic wrongs he's made to all of his exes. With the help of his best friend (Brian Hooks) and the determination to live, Von embarks on a hilarious journey to seek redemption and soon realizes that heaven nor hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
